José Doroteo Arango Arámbula
En un día como hoy nace José Doroteo Arango un 5 de junio de 1878 en San Juan del Río en Durango, México.
Sus padres fueron Agustín Arango y Micaela Arámbula. De jóven se dedicó a labores agrícolas, poco después al comercio, fue albañil y trabajó en la minería.
Quedó huérfano y junto con sus dos hermanos se ocupó como mediero en la Hacienda de Gogojito, de la familia López Negrete.
Al enfrentarse con uno de los hijos del hacendado, que abusara de su hermana mayor, tuvo que forzosamente huir.
Una vez prófugo de la justicia, para sobrevivir tuvo que iniciar una vida de bandolero adoptando entonces el nombre de; FRANCISCO «PANCHO» VILLA.
On this day a person named Jose Doroteo Arango was born on June 5 of 1878 in San Juan del Río in Durango, Mexico. His parents were Agustín Arango and Micaela Arámbula.
As a young men he was devoted to agricultural work, he was also a bricklayer and he worked in mining. Later he became an orphaned and together with his two brothers worked as a sharecropper in the Hacienda Gogojito, with the Lopez Negrete family.
He had to flee when he faced and almost killed the son of the landowner, who abused her older sister.
Once a fugitive from justice, in order to survive he had to start a life as a «Bandolero» or a robber. And that is when he took the name as; FRANCISCO «PANCHO» VILLA.
